* LTI: Lost time Incident

* LTIFR: Lost time incident frequency rate = LTI X 100,000 / total construction man hours worked

* Medical Treatment: Medical Treatment Case(MTC) incidents result in an injury that requires the injured
party (IP) to attend hospital for treatment (as opposed to receiving treatment from the site nurse), but
does not prevent the IP returning to work the next day to carry out his / her former duties.

* First aid Treatment: First Aid Case incidents result in a minor injury that can dealt with by on site first aid
and allows the injured party to return to his / her former duties the same day

1.2 HSE activities on site

 Weekly HSE walk-down.

 Weekly tool box talk (TBT) conducted:
1、SEPCO III instructions on the topic of 100 days without accidents were discussed
and everyone was urged to do so
2、Constant reminders to work at heights safely and wear safety equipment for
this work to understand the risks of work and how to avoid accidents
 Daily tool box talk (TBT) conducted.
1、PPE, W@H, housekeeping, pinch point, electrical hazard & speed limit
 Basic situation on site
1、Personnel: we now have 150-185 eng.,tech., workers etc. at our site with different activities, rebar &
formwork, scaffolding, back filling…etc.
2、 Continue to do daily safety supervision, safety supervisors visit the construction site every day to find
hidden safety hazards, timely rectification and leave the process of information.
3、Conduct on-site safety risk briefing for all site personnel.
4、Monthly fire safety inspection, focusing on whether the water of the fire bucket is sufficient and whether
the pressure of the fire extinguisher is normal。
5、Daily inspection for lifting & electrical tools, implement monthly color code with green for this month.
6、Documents work applied as per SEPCO III requirements.

Firefighting, CCTV and etc) after handed over the buildings. After complete all the MEP works, we

will start the installation the electrical equipment’s inside buildings then the installation of

equipment’s in outdoor and our works will be in fast tracking as importantly and priority and

depends on the contractor instructions reach to final activity testing and commissioning then ready

for energizing this substation.
