Now about the luxury villa segment, we ventured into it for my wife Anjali, she wanted to deal in only exclusive
luxury villas and deal with premium cliental only, We have 25 Villas under our company Serene Escapes Luxury
Villas. Our villas are spread all across north Goa right from Reis Magos Candolim to Siolim this helps us
delivering a variety of options for the clients and therefore retaining them for revisits.
We have total in house staff of 120
plus employees taking care of
different aspects of our properties.
We have a substantial client base
all over India who keeps on visiting
our resorts and villas regularly.

bathroom plus crockery and glassware all according to our
standards. We would help the owners to add to the beauty
of the place and to cater to a class of customers which
