A1 ASPHALT BASE SQF 3600
Client Scope: Levelling and compacting the surface with Good Earth. If it is filled
area, client needs to give PDT report to get 98%.
Our Scope:
(1) Excavate the surface to create slope of 1" for every 10' on shorter axis.
(2) Compaction of Sub Base with 8-10 tonne roller.
(3) Anti Termite and Weed Growth: Carryout anti termite and weedicide on the
total area by applying chemicals and spraying
(4) Wet Mix Macadam - 150mm: Providing and laying of compacted 150mm
thickness of WMM in one layer as per specifications and drying up and cleaning
the surface.
(5) Rolling to be done in both Wet and Dry phases of WMM ;
(6) Primer coat : Providing & applying primer coat over prepared surface or
granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS : 8887 & manufacture's
specification @6kg. / 10 Sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure
sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformaly at specified rates &
temperatures.
(7) BITUMINOUS MACADAM (Bitumen @3.50 % by weight) Lay a 35mm
compacted thick Hot Mix asphalt BM coarse using mix of 20mm and 12mm
stone with 60-70 Grade Bitumen.
(8) The compaction of BM layer to be done using road roller of capacity 8-10 ton
;
(9) Tack coat : Providing & applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with
bitumen emulsion as per IS : 8887 and manufacture's specification @2kg. / 10
Sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for
spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures.
(10) ASPHALTIC CONCRETE (Bitumen @5.5 % by weight) Lay a 25mm compacted
thick Hot Mix AC coarse using 6mm stone / Baby chips (Mixture of 0-6mm
stones devoid of dust) mixed with 60-70 Grade Bitumen.
(11) The compaction of AC layer to be done using road roller of capacity 8-10
ton ;
(12) SEAL DUST : Seal dust to be spread to cover all the voids using stone dust
with Bitumen to make the surface appropriate for synthetic installation. Cold
rolling to be done immediately next day of applying seal coat in the early
morning hours when the climate is cold as compared to rest part of the day.
A2 Edge wall: Precast Concrete block / Brick curbing on all 4 sides of minimum RFT 240
depth equal to concrete base (200 mm) plus 150mm below the sub-base level.

 Mesh : 3mm thick ; 50mm x 50mm cross section G.I. chain link mesh will be
installed.
Posts : MS Posts painted with one coat of Primer / Redoxide & two coats of
Epoxy Paint. Vertical Posts to be Square 3" x 3" posts with 3mm thick &
Horizontal Posts to be 2" x 2" posts with 2.5mm thick.
Horizontal posts will be welded to the Vertical Posts with one on top, middle
and bottom. Verticle pole to pole distance 15'.
Installation: Posts will be concreted. (3' grouted inside earth in case of grouting
