‘svaki radni mesec u kalendarskoj godin’ u kojoj prvi put
zasniva radni odnos ili u kojoj mu prestaje radni odnos.
Deliktna odgovornost
8.1 Poslodavacjedutandaorganizujeradnanatinkoji
‘obezbeduje bezbednost izastitu Zivota i zdravlja u skladu
sazakonom i drugim propisima. Zaposleni je duzan da
postujepropise o bezbednosti i zastitiZivota i zdravija na
radu.
Salary is to bepaid in full amount to the employee once a
month at latest up to the 10th of the said month, for the
preceding month.
‘The employee is entitled to increased salary:
for working on a day of holiday which is a non-
working day,in accordance with law in the amount of
110% of the base;-for working at night in the amount
of 26% ofthe base;
-for overtime work in the amount of 26% of the base;
-for the time spent in the employment relationship

for each fullyear spentas the employee of the employer.
‘The employee is entitled to a compensation of salary in the
amount of average salary for the12 preceding months
before the month in which absence from workor
interruption of work commenced:
-for the time of absence from work on holiday that is
nonworking day;
-for the time spenton annual leave;
-for the time of absence from work with a salary
compensation (paidieave);
-for the time of absence from work due to temporary
impairment lasting upto 30 days if the impairment was
‘caused by illness or injury sustained outside of workin the
‘amount of 65% of the average salary;
-for the time of absence from work due to temporary
impairment lasting up to 30 days which was caused by an
injurysustained at work or by illness in the amount of 100%
of the average salary;
-during an interruption of work which occurred without
cemployee'sfault in the amoun tof 60 %of the average salary.
In the cases and under conditions specified by the
Employment act workers are obliged to buy themself, air
ticket as well as in case the worker leaves the job and the
company without reporting, the company is not obliged to
pay him any salary.
‘Vacations and Leaves
‘The employee is entitled to annual leave in the duration of
no less than 20 work days for every calendar year.
‘The employee is entitled to a twelfth of the annual leave for
every working month in a calendar year in which he

zakonom, podzakonskim aktom i ugovorom o radu.

radni odnos.
Poslodavac moe otkazati ugovor 0 radu zaposlenom koji
svojom krivicom uéini povredu radne obaveze.
Zaposlenom koji ne postuje radnu disciplinu poslodavac
mote otkazati ugovor o radu,
Zaposlenom mote prestati radii odnos ako postoji valjan
razlog koji se odnosi napotrebe poslodavea, ito: 1) ako

prestanepotreba za obavijanjem odredenog poslaili dode
do smanjenja u opterecenju; 2) ako odbije zakijuzenje
aneksa ugovora u smislu élana 171. stav d.tatket-5)

The employer is obliged to organize work in such way that in

with the law and other regulations. Employee is obliged to

sustainedat work or related to work,

immediate supervisor, who is obliged to hear out the employee.
The employer can, due to justifiable reasons, partially (or
fully) relleve the employee of compensation for damage
caused, unless the damage was caused intentionally

Cancellation of the Contract
Each of the contracting parties can cancel this contract, under
conditions, in cases and following procedures as determined by
law, bylaw and employment contract.

kom sluéaju se medusobna prava i obaveze uredujuugovorom u
skladu sazakonom, podzakonskim aktom i ugovorom o radu.
Zavrine odredbe
10.1. Zaposleni i poslodavac prihvataju sva prava, obaveze |
‘odgovornosti u skladu sa zakonom, podzakonskim aktima i ovim
Lugovorom.10.2. Zaposleni i poslodavac prihvataju da sena prava,
obaveze i odgovornosti koji nisu utvrdeni ugovoromo radu
primenjuju odgovarajuée odredbe zakona i podzakonskog akta.

if there is a valid reason relating to the employer's needs,as
follows:1) fas a result of technological, economic
‘ororganizational changes, the need to perform a specific
job ceases, or the re is a decrease in workload; 2) If they
refuse to conclude the annex of the contract in terms of
Article 171, paragraphi, items 1-5) of Employment Act.
Employment contract is cancellable by anagreement
between contracting parties, in which case mutual rights and
obligations are regulated by the agreement in accordance
withthe law,the bylaw and employment contract.
Final Provisions
10.1.The employee and the employer accept al rights,
