Ugovor 0 radu otkazujese sporazumom ugovornih strana, u kom sluéaju se medusobna prava i obaveze uredujuugovorom u skladu sazakonom, podzakonskim aktom i ugovorom o radu. Zavrine odredbe 10.1. Zaposleni i poslodavac prihvataju sva prava, obaveze | ‘odgovornosti u skladu sa zakonom, podzakonskim aktima i ovim Lugovorom.10.2.
