GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION LESSON PLANS (RPH) AND E-PORTFOLIO FOR


HPGD4606

STEP 1: Students log in to myINSPIRE

STEP 2: Click on the HPGD4606 course

A. TEACHING SUPERVISION

STEP 3: Click on Teaching Supervision

STEP 4: Students click on 'Supervision 1' or 'Supervision 2'

STEP 5: Students click on 'Supervision 1' or 'Supervision 2'

For the Supervision file, upload the Lesson Plan (RPH) in PDF format for evaluation by the OUM
supervisor.

• Supervision 1: RPH 1
• Supervision 2: RPH 2

STEP 6: Students click on 'Submission

STEP 7: Students need to TICK the box as shown in the diagram below:

B. E-PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION

At the practicum’s end, after completing the required practicum hours and weeks, student-
teachers must submit their portfolios to OUM. The practicum portfolio should be well-
organised and documented. The portfolio content should include the SOP report, lesson plans,
teaching materials, supervisor and co-teacher feedback and observation forms, self-reports,
personal (reflective) journal entries, learner feedback forms, photographs of school activities,
and samples of students’ work.
Student-teachers can divide the portfolio into the four focus areas (management, curriculum,
infrastructure, and journal) when organising the portfolio documentation. The criteria will help
student-teachers organise their portfolio.

Deadlines of portfolio submission dates:


1. January Semester: 15 April
2. May Semester: 15 August
3. September Semester: 15 December

How to Submit the e-Portfolio

1. Prepare soft copies of portfolio

2. All documents must be combined in a 1 file.

3. Convert to PDF format.

4. Format file name: STUDENT NAME_MATRIC NO

STEP 3: Click on the Submission tab

STEP 4: Students need to TICK the box as shown below:
