YOU SHOULD DRAW TWO SEPARATE CHEQUES AS REQUIRED UNDER PARAGRAPH TWO ABOVE AND FORWARD THESE TOGETHER WITH THE TWO DECLARATIONS DULY COMPLETED SO AS TO AVOID DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR PRACTICING CERTIFICATE.
