Scenario 1: Mario organized a package tour for his family.

Co’s website to check their different package tours. He decided to just copy the inclusions of one
of the agency’s package tours because he thought it won’t fit his budget. It was Day 1 of the do-
it-yourself (DIY) package tour that he organized and things did not turn out as he planned. How
can a travel agency improve their experience?
MY PREDICTION WHY I MADE THIS PREDICTION
