Note:
1. The structural engineer & Dubai Development Authority Zoning Affairs shall bear no liability on checking drawings and calculations or on inspection of the works at site. Both contractor & consultant shall
bear the full liability of errors in design, execution and stability & safety of the construction during execution and then after completion.
2. The contractor should inform Dubai Development Authority Zoning Affairs – structural engineer prior to casting, through submitting Structural Inspection Request duly signed and stamped by both
contractor & consultant certifying inspection of works and approval for concrete pouring.
3. This record is to be kept at site during the construction of the project and finally to be attached with completion of structural inspection request (ZADC 74).
