2012 Easter Appeal for New Sponsors, College Scholarship for San Joaquin Iloilo Philippines Sid Selirio (selirio@telus.net) selirio@telus.net; Wednesday, April 4, 2012 3:03 PM

HAPPY EASTER ! In this years Daily Scriptural Reflection for Lent, Fr. Robert Barron expressed the meaning of giving as follows: We exist in a kind of loop of grace: whats received is given, and when its given away, you receive more. Its a basic biblical truth. Write it in your hearts: when you cling to your being, you lose it. When you cling to your gifts and your talents, you lose them. You have them and they multiply only in the measure that you learn how to give them away. AN APPEAL FOR NEW SPONSORS OF COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP 2012 My friends, fellow San Joaquinhons & friends of San Joaquinhons: As the saying goes, one picture is worth ten thousand words. Heres a photo of the 2011-12 Talisayan International (TI) College Scholars that do not need words to describe how their lives were changed by TI-sponsorship.
