To: All SBM Faculty
Please be informed of the following:
- Create google classroom in all subjects, as evident you are using online classroom. Add the dean as
admin.
- List down the names of students who don't have internet connection and find ways and other
alternatives.
- You have flexi time to do it at home, no need to come to school for time in and time out but you are
still allow to come to school to submit your dtr.
- submitted your weitten dtr to Ma'am Candy.
- Submit classroom report to the program chair.
- Type of exam. Multiple choice 60 items, video application 20pts. and essay 20pts. But these are
suggestions only, if applicable in your subject you may apply it.
- Prepare two sets of questionnaires; 1st set to those who can take their exam. on time and the other
set is intended to those late takers. Note: encourage everyone to take the exam on time.
- Submit test questionnaires to MIS;
- Observe policy " No permit, No exam";
- April 4, 2020 is the last submission of permit or reciept. For the convinient of our students, they can
send a copy via email and messenger to their teacher.
- Examination is through Mock board and google form.
- As suggested during the Academic Council Meeting the schedule of final exam. which was supposed to
have a 2 day exam. was suggested to make it 5 day examination. 1st and 2nd day for the G. E., 3rd and
4thday for the major and 5thday for those who are late takers but this is subject for approval,
confirmation will be informed within this week.
- Summer classes will be on June 8, 2020
- Opening of A.Y. will be on August 10, 2020.
Lets all have to maintain the integrity of our final grades. Should there'll be any clarification, pls dont
