Role of sinter in steel plant

Main aim of this project is how to re-use of sinter(scrap) after used. Scraps collected and crushed sent to blast furnace. Crushers rotate with high rpm make an advantage .

Currently Working as DESIGN ENGG in CPDC under Advanced Systems Lab. (ASL), Hyderabad, ASL is a one of the laboratory under DRDO mainly concentrating on the development of long range ballistic missile programs like AGNI variants (Agni1, Agni2, Agni3 and Agni5).

The main work of this laboratory is Design, Development, Integration and Testing of missiles and delivers to the Indian army.

Engineer FOR FLUX NOZZLE SYSTEM Project : Development of Flex Nozzle System FOR AGNI Role : Project Member Duration : June 2011 to till date Summary : Flex Nozzle System is a superior state-of-art Thrust Vector Control System used for Rocket Motors in order to change the direction of missile in either pitch or yaw directions. FNS will be used for solid propellant rocket motors. The FNS will be convergent-divergent nozzle with convergent portion submerged in the rocket motor. The flexing action is achieved by a flex seal made out of alternate layers of spherical shims and natural rubber layers in conical or cylindrical configuration. The nozzle system can flex about a pivot point in both planes in pitch & yaw direction. The hydraulic actuators are used for vectoring the nozzle.

Responsible for managing the complete New Product development activities.

Responsibilities:
Converting of 2d drawing to 3d modelling with detailing and Gd&t . 3D-Modeling of components, Sub-Assemblies & Assembly including detailing of Flex Nozzle System using catia v5 software according to design intent

Mandrels for the realisation of FE & AE Divergent Liners.

Evolved procedure for COMPOSITE Conditioning of resin & Prepregs suitable for Tape winding,auto clave,oven, cutting

Hands-on experience the realization of Aerospace components Good knowledge of composite fabrication technologies

Designed & Realised Bonding , machining and Integration fixtures and jigs.
