2. Optionally, enter a query name to create a new query, or select a query from the list of values to use an existing query.
Note: The Public
Query check box indicates whether all users can use the query. If the query is not public, then only the user who created the query can use it.
3. Modify the search
organization if necessary. You can clear the search organization to view item quantity across organizations. You can view only material in organizations to which you have access. If you do not enter an organization, you must enter an item. 4. Optionally, enter the subinventory to search if you selected Receiving or On- hand as the material location type. If you select both Receiving and On- hand, then you cannot enter a subinventory. 5. Check the Detailed box if you wish to view stock locators. 6. You can now save the query and use it over again, only having to add unique data like items.
