Behaviors:
1. Collect and organize data, and apply critical thinking to interpret
information from clients and constituencies.
2. Apply knowledge of human behavior and the social environment,
person-in-environment, and other multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks
in interventions with clients and constituencies.
3. Develop mutually agreed-on intervention goals and objectives
based on the critical assessment of strengths, needs, and
challenges within clients and constituencies;
4. Select appropriate intervention strategies based on the assessment, research
knowledge,and values and preferences of clients and constituencies.
Behaviors Implemented

7.1 The student organized forms, intakes, making and scheduling appointments,
taking calls, emailing employers, and clients to get appropriate information.

7.2 Student observed how students improved throughout each session, while
coaches addressed and used many methods and theories. Each visit a student
would improve and change something in their lives (support systems, habits, etc.).
Behaviors Implemented

7.3 While in group sessions speaking with students, individuals will speak with
students and help them with goal setting.

- Ways to relax, cancel out stressors, etc.

7.4 The student will work with interns, externs, as well as the supervisor in
meetings, on ways to improve or come up with different methods to help help
STAR and the clients.
