OBJECTIVE

Check the SHA1 checksums of the file fragments at the source and destination and resume file transfer from where it left off last time

If the file checksums match and size also matches, then the file is assumed to be identical and skipped, the user is also informed of the same
If the destination file size is larger than the source, it is overwritten(conforms to prev behavior, the enhancement here being that checksum computation is short circuited) If the checksums do not match for the fragment, then the file is overwritten All the above works well in recursive mode also, the identical files are skipped, broken transfers resumed and all other times files are transferred like before One important feature of this enhancement is that if the same file is not found at the destination , then the previous wire protocol is transfers.

INTRODUCTION
Network Pipe between processors across different machines like that of internet. It is a simple UNIX utility which reads and writes data across network connections, using TCP or UDP protocol. At the same time, it is a feature-rich network debugging and exploration tool, since it can create almost any kind of connection as we need and has several interesting built-in capabilities. It can be used for Port Scanning, Instant Messaging, UDP Server/Client, and Remote Output.

PROPOSED SYSTEM File cans easily transfer from one network to another network without broken. It greatly reduces the time of the users. The project is full-fledged user friendly. The system has greatly has greatly reduced the manual burden of the users. The software enables the project manager to assign the tasks. It is very time consuming one.

SCP MODULE
SCP SCP means secure copy is a way to copy file across a network enhanced with the security of the ssh protocol. Scp is a program to log into another computer over a network to execute command in a remote machine and to move file from one machine to another. SSH1 Ssh1 is the current implementation of ssh1 and ssh2 software are designed so that both can be run on the same computer. Ssh provides strong host to host and user authentication as well as secure encrypted communication over an insecure internet.

SSH2
Ssh2 is a more secure, efficient, ant portable version of ssh that includes sftp ,which is functionally similar to ftp,but is ssh2 encrypted.

ADVANTAGE
File cans easily transfer from one network to another network without broken. It greatly reduces the time of the users. It is very time consuming one.

CONCLUSION
Our projects Enhancing the popular scp protocol to resume broken transfer have been developed using. GCC Compiler, it has four software development groups. File can securely transfer from one network to anther network. If file without broken if anywhere. The project is full fledged user friendly. The system has greatly reduced the manual burden of the user.
