Source of data: Primary Data The study entitled Effectiveness of training in Reliance Trend was carried out in Reliance trends store Ghaziabad.. Secondary Data The secondary data has been collected from the magazines, and web portals. Tools of data collection: The data has been collected through a relevant information to employees of Reliance Trends, structured questionnaires were used.

Sampling: In the following study, sample is collected from employees of Reliance Trends store at Mahagun Metro mall, Ghaziabad city. Reliance trends should give training to every employee according to his/her job for better result. Reliance should improve their training programme. They should improve the work atmosphere. They should aware employee for the training programme.
