Background
Original plan was to form a clothing brand for youngsters A friend suggested that they should do something in which they would not have to invest money. First idea that came to mind was of the student counseling agent A number of family experiences shaped the idea of Trivium

Life changing experience

His uncle had hepatitis B. He was in the hospital when the idea was being finalized. Uncles condition deteriorated overnight and he passed away. Moments before passing away, he said a few words which changed the perception of Awais about life.

 His son (Awais cousin) had applied to a university in London and his visa had been rejected thrice. A lot of money had been wasted on it. Awais realized how important this can be for someone that these can be your last words on the deathbed. He and Hassan (his friend) decided to form something that helps students reach their potential, without charging too much. They were unlike other counseling agents, who form as separate corporate entities with corporate standards. Awais wanted to make a difference. He and his dad came up with the name Trivium, which had various connotations.

Trivium
Initially a non-profit organization, later turned into a private limited company. Aim was to help students from all backgrounds to get into schools they cant get into otherwise and offer services at very low charges. Gives every student an equal chance to get into a university of their choice. Went from a side-project to a fullfledge project and made much more money than expected.

Advice to make your life Personally Effective

Admit your mistakes, be humble about them, and work on them. Be yourself- dont let anyone tackle your modesty as a weakness. Build your communication skills- you need to find out the comfort zone of people. You should know what to say, when to say and how to say it.

Conclusion
I wont say believe in yourself, because that is the worst clich, but you just need to know how to work your way around and be very forward looking. The moment you give up and the moment you start doubting yourself, you hit a brick wall.
