Bag House

Bag House

Introduction
Location:
Bag house is located outside the converter area where
the collected dust is sent by the dust control motors to
the bag house

Function:
The bag house sucks all dust from converter with the
help of dust collector motors and emits with the help of
exit blower. The collected dust will form in bag house in
the bags provided and most of the accumulated dust will
be emitted by exit blower. Remaining will be emitted by
screw conveyor and rotary valve motors and its
assemblies where pressurized air is supplied by the bag
house solenoids at specified time intervals which is
controlled by timer controller circuit.
Bag House Equipment Boundary
Component Function
Exaust Blower Sucks the accumulated dust with high power vacuum and emits with high power blowing.
Case Bearings Rotates the motor assemblies with out any friction.
Screw Conveyor motor assembly Collect and Clean the accumulated dust inside the bag house and escalate the collected dust to upstream process
Rotary valve fan sprocket and chain drive Drives the rotary valve drum with the help of rotary vave motor and controls the exceeding action of the rotor.
Rotary valve assembly
Emits the dust which is collected by screw conveyor and pressurized air to outside with the help of wiping arms which
is connected with the motor assembly.
Solinoid Valves
Force the powerful pressure air in to the bag house to fell down the accumulated dust in the bags and its
surroundings.
Magnetic door Controls the balanced air pressure inside the bag house and opens when balanced air exceeds.
Access doors Opens while balanced air pressure exceeds.
Dampers Allows the collected dust while normal running and blocks the dust in case of alarms.
FRLS Filtering the dusty air, regulating the collected air and then allows to the process.
Foundation Bolts Lock the motor assemblies and the bag house assemblies to the base.
