Bio-Chip Clinical History OAP

Value Proposition 1
Online and instant access to the patient medical
history, from anywhere
Hypothesis

We are trying to change the way that the medical history
is managed and make it accessible from anywhere and
instantly, all centralized in a website.
Online and instant access to the patient medical
history, from anywhere
Experiments

We made some interviews face to face with potential
users and also gathered some information with an online
survey. The online survey url is

Question 10

Value Proposition 2
Online and instant access to the patient medical
history, from anywhere
New Hypothesis

With the results we find that the hypothesis remains as
the plan to start due to the great interest people have in
accessing your medical records from anywhere.

Centralized Information System where you can find
the whole clinical history with all the details
guaranteing that no matter what Medical Center you
use, your medical history will always be up to date,
accessible and reliable.

guaranteing that no matter what Medical Center you

accessible and reliable.

Hypothesis

Here, the main idea is to feed the system with all the
useful information about the patient provided from any
doctor or Medical center around the country and make it
easy to access and reliable..

guaranteing that no matter what Medical Center you

New Hypothesis

With the results we find that the hypothesis is maintained
as we posed at the beginning due to the interest that
people have to have your medical records up to date,
accessible and reliable.

Value Proposition 3
Your basic clinical information (contacts, blood type, diseases,
allergies, medicine, informed consent, etc) always travel with
you, in case of an emergency (e.g. an accident), this information
will be available on site!
Hypothesis

One of the competitive advantages is that the basic information
always travels with you: in a small chip. This could be the
difference between life and death, for example in an accident.
Experiments

We made some interviews face to face with potential
users and also gathered some information with an online
survey. The online survey url is

Value Proposition 4
Design a chip that will be implanted in the patient where it will
store the basic medical information.
Hypothesis

Show the advantages of having the chip implanted with the basic
medical information.

users and also gathered some information with an online

Question 7 and 8

Design a chip that will be implanted in the patient where it will

New Hypothesis
We conclude that people show some resistance to a chip
implantation, so we propose other types of devices such as:
electronic cards or bracelets.
Design a chip that will be implanted in the patient where it will
store the basic medical information.
Formula:
Potential Market = N x P x C

N= number of potential customers
P= Average sale price
C= Porcentage of people using the current health system

PM= 46.500.000 x 25000 x 0.86

PM= COP 999.750.000.000
USD 568.039.772 (USD/COP 1760)
