DT Methodology
We have connect with Dongle to Bluffhill NSN 3G site then start moving
toward HUAWEI 3G sites area with continues to a Youtube video file until
PS drops due to network causes as well 3G CS Long call to HUAWEI 3G
sites area until it drops due to network related causes
We want to see whether PS HO is happened from NSN to HUAWEI, vice
versa on that driving area.

PS Call drops without HO to Inter frequency 3G sites

DT Summary
There is no HO to Inter frequency 3G sites while it moves near to inter
frequency 3G sites. We have observed there is neighbor relation is created
from NSN 3G to HUAWEI 3G sites on the North cluster area of that part.
We have requested Netone to confirm how many neighbor relation has been
created with NSN 3G sites. So that we can properly optimized the HO failure
problem between HUWEI to NSN.
Though the neighbors are properly created from NSN 3G Bluffhill site to near
HUAWEI 3G sites in NSN RNC but it gives Routing Area update fail
message & detach from NSN site & attach with HUAWEI site.
