Individual:

Rewards

Treasure Box- Students will accumulate stickers for


their behavior charts. Based on their weekly
performance and behavior, if a student earns 5
stickers a week, they can pick a prize from the
treasure box.
Small Treat- There will be a behavioral chart with

the colors green (good), yellow (try harder), and red


(not good). Each student will have a clip with their
name on it. The goal is to be on green by the end of
the day to receive a small treat.
As a group:
The class has to work together to earn the following
rewards by: sharing, being quiet when asked to,
following the rules, etc.

Consequences

1st warning- a talk with the student about how to improve their
behavior. Remind them of the rules and rewards.
2nd warning- clip down to yellow. No sticker for today.
3rd warning- clip down to red. No recess.
4th warning- call to parents. If behavior does not improve after
the parent call, a parent and administrative conference may be
required.

parents would be noted in this folder.
