INTRODUCTION

Our Project Title TG FILE MANAGEMENT

SYSTEM is a JAVA based product that
emphasizes on students activity.
The purpose of this project is to keep the
record of all individual students as well as
their parents information.
TG FILE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM reduces
the data loss of the student.

OBJECTIVES

The objective of this project is to improve the

data management and keep those data in a
systematical manner.
It focuses on to give the information to parents
about their wards performance.
The main objectives include:To achieve sustainable development.
To save valuable time of the mentor.
To provide whole information about the student.

SCOPE

Scope of our project is to design a management

system which is easy to understand and
comfortable for the mentors to operate on any
operating system. And we design it to make more
easy to keep records.
Deliver Electronic Workplace
Provide Bi-lingual support
Application Support & Maintenance after
deployment to production
The Admin Module can be reused for projects as
well which have many users with different rights.
Hence it is reusable.

Front-end Technologies :

It is platform independent , thats why it is

more versatile.
Flexible tools for interface design.
For ease of maintaining appearance of
website.

BACK-END TECHNOLOGIES :
MySQL 5.1 Database Server:

Faster than other DBMS for web applications.

Host dependent authentication, thus
providing security.
Multi threaded execution using kernel
threads.

CONCLUSION

Teachers can manage attendance using web.

Generate attendance reports any time which
allows teacher to know student is eligible to
attend exam or not.
Helpful to perform paperless work and
manage all data.
Provides easy , accurate , unambiguous and
faster data access.

FURTHUR ENHANCEMENT

Student Id can be generate.

Students as well as parents can directly
access through web.
College fee can be paid online through
portal.
Online exams for students evaluation be
added in smart education
