Every Management have their own goal and a Manger according to his ability
and knowledge tries achieve the given goal

CONTINUES PROCESS
It is a never ending process. It is concerned with constantly
identifying the problem and solving them by taking
adequate steps. It is an on-going process.

Co-ordination
"Coordination is the Essence of Management." I.e. Coordination affects all the
functions of management, viz., Planning, Organizing, Staffing, etc ,
Coordination is a principle of management, and all other principles are
included in this one principle, i.e. Co-ordination is the "Mother Principle

Universality of Management

Principles of management
are universal in the sense
that these can be applied
in different situations e.g.
business, government,
military, hospitals.

Dynamic In Nature
Principles of management are
not rigid . Rather they change
with environment. These are
flexible guidelines and are not
absolute truth AND Nothing is
permanent in management.
