INTRODUCTION
Business idea:
An air conditioned beauty parlour in campus for women
Girls of Planet-I can deposit money into the account of the parlour, book slots
and receive hygienic and good quality services.
Revenue source: Service fee collected from the girls of the campus through
Payment Gateway or direct cash.

B PLAN FORMULATION
Formulation of business plan on basis of four interdependent factors which are
critical for success of a venture:
People- Men and women working inside the venture as well as outside parties
providing key services
Opportunity- Business profile- type of products sold, competitors, growth rate
of industry, economics, etc.
Context- External forces that impact business and are not under control of
the entrepreneur
Risk and reward- Assessment of everything that can go right or wrong and
how entrepreneurial team can respond

individual services
Cost of delivering services: One time investment as the place will be useful
for long period
Ease of retention of customer: High. Since there is no competition and
existing maid has a good reputation for last 8 years.

THE CONTEXT
Industry trend- Planet I has one dedicated saloon
for men but when it comes to girls there is none. At
planet-I, we have PGP-I, PGP-II, IPM-1 to 5, FPM, EPGP and
faculty and their families, a huge user base but there is no
any standard saloon services for women. In the daily life of
busy planet-I it is a necessary for a easy to reach and
one step solution for all makeover facilities .

Technology- An online portal for slot booking and


payment like we have for Xpreso-mat. A database for the
record for all entries in back end and one online portal
on front end.
Inventory Record keeping for inventories of products.

RISK AND REWARD


RISK:
Convenience may be an issue for girls as they have to travel more for the
services now.
Our price may be a little higher than existing service due to various costs.
REWARD
A good quality beauty parlor for girls in parlor, monopolistic business
