Who? Implementation team and all persons to deliver necessary input give answers

3. What obstacles are in your way? (most important)

Everybody can take part, but only persons asked provide answers
Project Manager facilitates meeting, everybody stands before plan board
Goal: Make sure that sprint goal is met & mitigate risks/problems early
