The crepes come from France, a recipe very similar to
the classic American pancakes, but thinner and
healthier.
Sweet crepes are mainly used for desserts and
snacks, and salty for starters or main courses.
Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 cup of skim milk
1 cup oatmeal
1 pinch of salt
teaspoon vanilla extract
Oil
Fruits to taste
Jam to taste
Preparation:

Blend oatmeal with eggs, skim milk,
pinch of salt and vanilla essence.

Heat a nonstick skillet and lightly oil.

With the ladle put the mixture in the


skillet and cook until it is loosened,
then rotate and cook until golden
brown.

Fill the crepes with jam and accompany


with fruits.
