Tourist places in tacna:

1- The monument and museum site of Alto de la Alianza: Located 8 kilometers from
the city and was raised in honor of those killed in the Battle of Tacna in 1880.
In tribute to the fighters of the Battle of Alto de la Alianza (War with Chile, May 26,

The Parabolic Arc:
It is the symbol of the heroic city of Tacna and is located in the Civic Walk, where it
was raised in honor of the heroes of the Pacific War, Francisco Bolognesi and Miguel
Grau. The parabolic arc is a monument located In the Civic Center of the city of Tacna,
was inaugurated on August 28, 1959 during the government of Manuel Prado
Ugarteche with the name of Monument to the heroes Admiral Miguel Grau Seminary
and Colonel Francisco Bolognesi.Its height is 18m and built in quarry stone. It was
designed by German technicians and its form corresponds to the form of the civic
walk of Tacna.2 3 At its base are the hollow figures of Miguel Grau Seminary and
Francisco Bolognesi, Peruvian heroes of the War of the Pacific; These bronze
sculptures were made in the Campayola smelter of Lima.
Cathedral
Is located in the civic center of the city of Tacna, department of Peru; Began

Miculla Petroglyphs
The petroglyphs of Miculla or San Francisco de Miculla are a set of
petroglyphs located in the Pampa of San Francisco, a short distance from
the village of Miculla in Pacha in the department of Tacna (Peru). They are

the river Caplina.The largest number of petroglyphs are located at kilometer
22 of the Tacna-Bolivia highway and cover an area of 16 km. The
