The message should be
complete, and contain all
the information needed
by the reciever.

Incomplete information
can lead to inappropriate
concequences.
Use specific words, rather
Concreteness than general.

Keep it Simple.
e.g:

'Give this file to the Manager'

'Give this file to the Accounts


Manager.'
Consideration
To be sincere,
Unbiased
To respect other's values &
opinions.
Putting your feet in someone
else's shoes.
When you are not considerate...
Clarity
Message should not be ambigued.

Use exact and concrete words.

Clearity makes understanding


easier.
Courtesy

To give respect.

Using kind words like;


Sorry, Thankyou, Good Morning.
Or atleast Smile
Conciseness
Give your message using least possible
words.

Avoid repeatition of words.

It highlights the main message & helps


save time & cost.
If you put extra and irrelevant words, people
might get bored.
Correctness Proper usage of grammer,

Facts and figures .


Commas save lives
Seven C's,
Save your time and cost.
Help your message be conveyed properly.
Can help you have good relationships with
people.
