e.g : Blaming in the workplace or grumpy
boss. It makes not comfortable and also it
makes our ability will be decrease
a) Determine what competencies the employer need :
1. Read the job description.
2. Talk to the recruiter when you are working with them.
3. Learn more about the company with research.

b) Explain the competencies :


1. Demonstrate those competencies on past jobs.
2. Try to answer some sample question.
3. Use specific examples when you answer the question.
Take sometime, maybe 1 or 2 weeks to
separate from previous workplace. Leaving
co-workers behind can be difficult. Good or
bad relationship are usually very strong ones,
sometimes very cozy and other times it can
be like a big dysfunctional family.
1. Take the time to do research.
2. Plan what youre going to wear during first
week.
3. Plan the route youll take to work.
1. Dressed formally, and not casually.
2. Always carry an extra CV.
3. Prepare and rehearse for the unexpected.
4. Research a lot about the organization.
5. Answer to question raised by you during the interview.
6. Be puntual.
7. Do not indulgein a fight or argument with the interview.
8. Answer the question specifically.
9. Be courteous and sophisticated.
10. Do not boast about yourself.
11. Do not make negative statements about your past
employer.
