We are targeting the young adults (16-25 years)


that have grown up with i-pods, blogs and video
games.

X.S is looking to appeal to this younger generation


through the technology that they have become
addicted to.

With rapid advances in technology, they expect


new and different things, and new and different
casual wear and sportswear is a way to reach that
market.

Strength: Target Audience makes up to 60% of total
population. Casual wear is the talk of the town
these days.

Weakness: Survey shows other brands have high market


share. Market Penetration is not that easy.

Opportunities: Great opportunity is to expand in local market.


Increasing Demand on Casual Wear.
Positive and increasing market trend can
increase through effective marketing.

Threats: Larger Competitors like Levis, Stone Age,


Outfitters have great market share and big budget
in marketing activity. Newly born several brands
have also increased their advertising budget in
recent years.

of the upcoming market who also have
i-pods, video games, email, internet,
You Tube and other highly technological
devices as a way of life rather than
traditional television or print media. With
this change in media delivery, there's
also a change from it being one way to
two-way communication.

way in which X.S will be able to show their
product to the customers.

moment because risks are higher as
compared to gains.
