would you require most?

The managerial skills required by manager of any company


depends upon ;
1. Nature of business of any particular organization.
2. Managers level in hierarchy of management levels.
In general perspective the skills that we have studied
previously merely/ basic are ;
a) Technical skills
b) Conceptual skills
c) Human ( interpersonal) skills
d) Decisions making skills etc..
Along with these skills the manager most possesses these one
to be successful.

1. Leader ship skills ( team player)


2. Professional expertise
3. Time and stress management
4. Delegation
5. Problem solving skills
6. Forward and contingent planning
7. Communication skills
8. Administrative and financial skills
Elaborate situation where supervisor have no
leadership traits ,what would be the outcomes?

A company that is suffering from this serious issue where


their supervisors does not contains leadership skills, the
consequences can be very dangerous for that company and
some of the outcomes of such situation could be ;

1. No synergy
2. Low moral and motivation of employees
3. Waste of time and resources both physical and financial
4. High rate of turn over
1. Low co-ordination among employees
2. Miss communication leads to misunderstanding
3. Increased level of dissatisfaction of employees

At the end because of the all above outcomes the


company might not be able to achieve its goal that
will decrease its profit and lower
market share.
Who is your favorite leader? Which quality of leader
inspires you the most?
As far as my favorite leader is concern ,so he is Mr. Kalim Ahmad
Mobeen the director of Marketing lucky cement Ltd., company
where I work now a days.
The qualities of leader which inspires me the most are;
1. His ability to do team work by involving all team members.
2. Give opportunity to his team members to show their full potential
and talent by showing trust on them.
3. They have positive and innovative approach towards their work.
4. They are good listeners this quality help them to resolve issues
more easily and quickly which saves time and other resources.
5. They have a clear vision for the future and good in clearly
communicating them with the other team members.
Being a CEO of newly established bank , how would
you perform function of organization?

Formulate corporate level strategy.


To make sure that company is properly
working according to the approved strategy.
Set budgets for all of the Organization.
Assess risks of the company and plan how to
mange them.
To communicate effetely which shareholder,
Government and other stakeholders.
Brain drain

The term Brain drain have many definitions and


some of the are;
The departure of educated or professional people
from one country, economic sector, or field for
another usually for better pay or living conditions.
A loss of trained professional personnel to another
company, nation,etc., that offers greater opportunity.
