KEY OBJECTIVES OF AUDIT
• The main objective is to engage the SSE for AUDIT and inspections for
the activities of the Industries/Contractor.
• In service Inspections accordance with the “Guidelines for Inspection of
In-service Industries piping systems in the Royal Commission Pipeline
Corridors”.
• SCOPE OF AUDIT
Auditing all Industries piping system that are located in the Royal
Commission Pipeline Corridors in yanbu.
 SCOPE OF WORK
• Operations & Inspections for safe, environmental friendly
and efficient management of Industrial corridors.
• Perform daily patrolling of the corridors
• Witness civil tests. if required ( soil , concrete , pipe
supports, steel structures ..)
• Witness mechanical tests if required ( leakage , ultrasonic
thickness gauging , radiography , SKADA ..)
• Report housekeeping & safety issues.
• Verify as built drawings & reflect actual construction on
site.
• Industries complying RC procedures & Guidelines,
Codes/Standards.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly status reports.

ACHIEVEMENTS
• Regularizing RC-ICD related work permit
• Identifying non-permit users of RC pipeline corridors
• Evacuating non-permit users from the corridors
• Implementing auditing system for pipeline corridor applicants
• Verifying & Logging existing industrial pipelines, based on the
data governed by the industries.
• Planning, maintaining and implementing the audit schedule
• Regularizing the RC guidelines and standards for the inspection
of in-service industries.
