Duties & Responsibilities:
• Receiving Instrument scope of work and design, Project Quality Control Procedure, Project
Specification and Standard
• Ensuring approvals of Material Submittals with reference to Material standards and specification
owner approved vendors list and acceptance of client
• After delivery of material to ensure that material is preserved as per vendor recommendation
and as per client standards, Check vendor approval certificates, FAT reports, Material test
reports, Quality inspection reports, as per assign inspection level and applicable drawings and
standards shall be available.
• Responsible for the site inspection and preparation of RFI to Saudi Aramco
• Issuance of Non-conformance reports (NCR) against violate specification, Suggest for corrective
action and follow up closure of NCR.
• Taking preventive and predictive actions for the Non – Conformities observed on site.
• Prepare and monitoring the implementation of Two weeks look-ahead plan for all inspection

points, Witness point and Inspection points.
• Responsibilities of all Instrument site inspection as per Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
• Preparation of punch list supporting according to the RFI submitted by contractor.
• Inspection of Material Receiving & Storage, Handling and Preservation
• Inspection & witnessed for the Bench calibration of all types of Transmitters, Detector, Sensors,
gauges and Valves.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Checking of DDC deliverables received from main contractor like control drawings, instrument
location layout, specifications, scope of work, control philosophy
• Modification in DDC deliverables as per site requirement.
• Preparing control cable schedule, instrument index, shop drawings for cable trays/trench as per
site condition.
• Testing & Commissioning of DDC Panels interlock with Building Management System (BMS)
controlling the HVAC equipment’s i.e. Package Air Conditioning units (Air Damper, Supply Fan
(run status, Auto/Manual, Alarm, Trip, start/stop), Filter, Compressor Start/Stop, Electric Heater
Start/Stop), smoke detectors, thermostats, Temperature transmitters etc.
• Conduct activities and inspection in accordance to Project Quality Assurance Manual and Quality
Control Inspection Plan.
• Monitor daily discipline activities and verifies compliance to project procedures, specifications
and standards. Identify quality problems, reject non-conforming items and initiate, recommend
or provide solutions to the problems with customer sanction / approvals through designated
channels.
• Supervise the works of DDC installations at construction sites.
• Handle the site activities, development reports and update the main contractor engineers.
• Liaise with the Senior MEP engineers/MEP coordinator regarding any site issue.
• Raise DDC works Inspection Requests (RFI’s) to the Consultant and get their approval on site
works as per the Contract and normal procedures.

Position: Electrical Site Engineer


Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise the works of MEP installations performed by the labors at site.
• Inspection of the work once the labours finished their task and giving them further tasks.
• Get RFI’s (Request for Inspection) approved from consultant, by releasing them on time and
chasing regularly with the Consultant team. o Maintain a proper list for approved RFI’s for future
record. o And work on commented RFI’s to rectify the work accordingly.
• Daily check and manage the work of labours on site and instruct them as per the requirements
and tasks according to the approved drawings.
• Also worked on MST (Method Statement) for proper work flow and to ensure the safety on site.
• Maintain a complete record of construction documents i.e. the site pictures, test certificates for
the materials that we receive and material specifications in a proper format.
• Clear & obstacle-free conduits are necessary for smooth passage of electrical wires. So I was
responsible for the supervision of this task by instructing the labours according to the approved
drawings.
• I was responsible for the inspection of materials that we received for site work. And to manage
that properly in site store for future use.
• Prepare MIR (Material Inspection Request) for the received materials and arrange a visit with
Consultant inspector for inspection of materials and get approval.
• Manage, review and execute the work at Site as per design and specifications
• Preparation plans for the Proper Execution of the work at time
• Reviewing design drawings and specification
• Prepare Shop drawings / Installation drawings and Material Submittals based on Contract
