 Appointment Section
• At this stage of flow, system will have successfully passed all the
checks and will give user following two options to book an
appointment
– Manually Select the Teams
– System Selects the Teams
• If user press on “Manually Select the Teams” system will ask user to
• Enter the desired appointment time
• Once the user give the desired time, system will show user with the
list of teams with following details
– Team Name
– Team Leader Name
– Distance from previous Appointment
– Approximate Travel Time

• Once user select team and confirm selection system will ask
user to provide details about the customer

• Upon submission of details system show user that

appointment has been successfully booked.

• If user selects “System selects Team” then system will show

user a calendar with all available time slots and ask the user
to confirm time slot.

 Reschedule the Appointment

• System will ask the user to input electricity number or

landline number to against which the appointment is booked
• System will check appointment exist in database or not
• System will show all the appointments based on the input
with following details
– Electricity Number
– Landline Number
– Connection Name
– Team Assigned
– Time of appointment

 Reschedule the Appointment

• User will select the appointment he need to reschedule and

also provide the reason from ‘Huawei Reason List’ for
rescheduling
• Rest Process will be same as discussed in “Booking An
Appointment”

 Cancel the Appointment

• System will ask the user to input electricity number or

landline number to against which the appointment is booked
• System will check appointment exist in database or not
• System will show all the appointments based on the input
with following details
– Electricity Number
– Landline Number
– Connection Name
– Team Assigned
– Time of appointment

 Cancel the Appointment

• User will select the appointment he need to cancel and also

provide the reason from ‘Huawei Reason List’ for Cancelling.
• Once the user provide the reason and confirm ,system will
cancel the appointment
