First Try: Cardiovascular Endurance

Current: 7 min 35 sec mile run

GOAL: 7:15 to 7:00

Reasoning:

I took the wrong route at the end, and then added thirty seconds to my time. So I figure that
my actual time is closer to the goal I’ve set.
First Try: Muscular Strength

Current: 34 traditional push-ups

GOAL: 40 traditional push-ups

Reasoning:

I used to be able to do 100 push-ups in sets of four in two minutes. I figure that, if I can do
34 with no time limit, then 6 more won’t be too difficult
First Try: Muscular Endurance

Current: 1 minute planks

GOAL: 1 min 10 seconds

Reasoning:

Ten extra seconds shouldn’t be too bad
