First Try: Cardiovascular Endurance

GOAL: 9:00

Reasoning:

I did 9:00 for my mile run time as a goal because in the past years I have been able to
do my mile run around that time.
First Try: Muscular Strength

Current: 2

GOAL: 5

Reasoning:

I put five as a push up goal because I have not done push ups in a couple of years. I
can not do anymore then three.
First Try: Muscular Endurance

Current: 16 seconds

GOAL: 20

Reasoning:

The reason that I made it so my plank is for 20 seconds is because I think that 20
seconds is a good goal for me to be able to start my goals off with.
Benchmark: Cardiovascular Endurance

Current: 14:32

Reasoning:

I did not met my goal and the second score was not better it was worse than my first
time. The second time was different by 30 seconds because of how that my legs were
in a lot of pain that day because of lyme disease so it cause my time to go down. In
order for me to meet my goal I need to work on being able to run without stopping
every 5 seconds.
Benchmark Test: Muscular Strength

Current: 20 push ups

Reasoning:

I did met my goal and I went over my goal. I ended up meeting my goal because of
how that I was working on push-ups over for a couple of weeks so that I could
improve my goal. I can still work of improving my push- ups so in the future I am able
to do more.
Benchmark Test: Muscular Endurance

Current: 37 seconds

Reasoning:

I met my goal and even went past my goal. The reason that I was able to meet my
goal was because of how that over time I was working on my plank so that when it
was the second time. It would be much better. I can still practiced my plank so that
overtime I am able to do it for longer.
Final: Muscular Strength

Current: 25 push ups

Reasoning:

I was working on my push ups for a couple of days and I was able to do five more
push ups. I am going to keep working on my push ups so that in the future I am able to
do a lot more of push ups.
Final:Muscular Endurance

Current : 51 seconds

Reasoning:

I was able to work on my plank for a couple of weeks and the cause me to be able to
do plank a lot longer than I was able to do the first couple of times. I am going to work
on my plank so that I am able to do it longer in the future.
