And i think i've improved in this category

GOAL: To gain more core and leg muscles because i think i would
personally benefit from wall sits Reasoning: To have a healthier and stronger
body. So i feel good

I think i've improved but minor in this component

I'm not very flexible and i think stretching daily would help me because i don't ever
stretch and personally i think i've made progress in this
reflection
What i reflected on in this semester is that i didn't put my 100% into everything
and i should've when i wasn't . physically i've improved in every category but i
class i wasn't the best and i think my physical goals are mostly reasonable and
achievable for me and i plan to do them with the knowledge i've gained through
mister sayer is how to set achievable goals so i can get in shape and not hurt my
body
