• Autocratic: This leadership style allows
managers to make decisions alone
without the input of others.
Countries such as Cuba and North Korea
operate this style.
• Participative: Here leadership values
are put by team members and
peers, but final decision is made by participative
leader.
This style meets challenges when Co.’s
need to make decision in short period.
• Transactional: Here, manager will
receive tasks to provide rewards
/punish the members based on performance.

• Transformational: This type of leade-
-ship depends on high level of
communication to meet goals.
