3.1: Apply understanding of social, economic, and
environmental justice to advocate for human rights at the
individual and system levels.
• Examples: understanding the power differences in
society that may affect domestic violence victims,
understanding the economic burden that most victims
face, etc.
3.2: Engage in practices that advance social, economic,
and environmental justice

• Examples: collaborating with members of the task force,

assisting with teaching classes for domestic violence
victims, assist with community outreach, attend court
with clients, reach out to local representatives, assisting
with finding/inspecting homes for clients, serving as a
liaison between clients and coworkers, etc.
