     I like psychological shows. The lead actors
    must be smart and witty. Any show with
    great cinematography and fine
    performances is worth watching. I enjoy
    shows like Sherlock, The Mentalist, Suits
    etc.. which fall under crime/mystery
    category. Less known shows like Utopia,
    The Killing, Black Mirror and Orphan black
    are also great because of the fine
    performances and great direction. House
    was also a great medical and
    psychological drama.
     Because watching TV can be an
    effective way to relieve stress by
    distracting us from our overworked minds
    and daily worries.
