INTRODUCTION
 All terrain vehicle is a off-road vehicle which is
mostly used in rough terrains.
CHASSIS
 A Chassis consists of an internal vehicle
frame that supports an artificial object in its
construction and use, can also provide protection
for some internal parts.
DESIGN OF CHASSIS
 The first and foremost step in the design of
chassis of a vehicle is to draw a line sketch of the
chassis.
 Here the 3D sketch was used to design the line
sketch of the chassis.
 After completing the line sketch of the chassis of
the vehicle all dimensions of the chassis are given
and checked for basic dimensions.
 Weldments functionality enables you to design a
weldment structure as a single multibody part.
 From weldments command the ANSI 1” pipes are
selected for the chassis.
 On applying weldments to the line sketch it is
converted to a Chassis made of pipe.
TYRES
 The tyre of the vehicles are basically made using
the revolve command to get a tyre.
 Extrude cut feature is used to cut the make the
treads of a tyre on one face.
 And the circular pattern option is used to make
treads on all sides of the wheeel.
 Material of the tyre is selected and rubber.
RIMS
 The rim is the "outer edge of a wheel, holding the
tire".
 It makes up the outer circular design of the
wheel on which the inside edge of the tire is
mounted on vehicles such as automobiles.
 The rim is also constructed with a revolving a
basic sketch of the rim around an axis.
 Suitable patten is drawn with a sketch on the
innner surface of the rims.
 Circular pattern is used to create identical such
pattern around the rims.
 And extrude cut feature is used to cut these
paterns of the rims.
ASSEMBLY
 First all the individual parts of the assembly are
completed.
 All the parts are inserted into a single assembly
file.
 Components are constrained together with mate
option.
 Concentric mating condition is used to first align
the wheel axis concentric to the axle.
 And coincident mating condition is used to attach
the wheels to the axle.
