Complex.

but against a prevailing price at that moment.

1. Amount of earnest money/performance security.

▫ 5% of the value of gross monthly payments

AGREEMENT OF CONTRACT

• Both AWC head and MD of Electromech signs the


agreement after clearing all their issues.
PERFORMANCE BOND

• The contractor shall duly perform and observe all


the terms, provisions, conditions and stipulations
of the contract.

• A bill of quantities (BOQ) is a document used in


tendering in the construction industry in which
materials, parts, and labor (and their costs) are
itemized.

▫ Failure of acquiring the tender.


▫ Termination of the contract due to any faulty work.

▫ Rampant Inflation.

• Political Risk:
▫ Political unrest and uncertainty.

• The contractor is responsible for completion of the


project in time and also ensuring that the integrity
of the project is preserved.
