    REPORT :
    wall is flaking and cracking apparent on elevation, and emulsion paint is faded

    ESTIMATE :
    Plaster the wall, distamper then repaint. Cost of plaster for 10 kg cement Rp 45.000 and 10 kg sand Rp 60.000,
    cost of distamper for 15 kg putty Rp 40.000 and 15 kg emulsion paint Rp 75.000
    FRAME AND WINDOW
    REPORT :
    The frame condition in poor state and glass. Is broken

    ESTIMATE :
    For the frame can varnish again, and cost for 2L varnish Rp 30.000. For the glass can clean up with water and
    emulsion, but if the glass is broken replace the old glass with a new glass, if the new glass cost is Rp 90.000/unit.
    FLOOR
    REPORT :
    Some ondition is still good, but the surface is bad same encrusted.

    ESTIMATE :
    Clean up the floor and install ceramics with 9 pcs and cost Rp 80.000/box
