ROAD TO WELLNESS

OBJECTIVES
The activities will help improve the overall wellness of
Katherine, specifically to:
 Help in maintaining the correct body weight
 Provide leisure time away from school works
 Challenge the mind and body which will provide
improvement
 To improve social connectedness
 To help become a better version of self
Katherine dream of living a healthy
VISION and happy life. She knew the importance
of exercise but never really have the
discipline to start. Through the
following activities, she will be able to
live the life that she want. Disciple will
alos be developed while doing the
activities.
Katherine will follow the
MISSION timetable of activities that will help
her attain her goal of a healthy and
happy life. Talking to people with
more experience will also be
beneficial in achieving her goals. With
the right mindset, she knows that she
can achieve anything.
