    Create a welcoming work environment, explain the benefits of joining the


    company, pay a respectable salary, allow for good working conditions and
    flexible hours.
    Controlling

    Our target is active adults and old people. We are also going to market ourselves
    in gyms for people that don’t like to sit and love to stand. We are also going into
    retirement homes to persuade the old people to buy our pantablez and why they
    need it.
