INTRODUCTION
 Washing dishes is most commonly done activity in the world, in most of
families people wash dishes by hand which is straining to muscles and
detergent is chemically harmful.
 This machine is fully automatic so anyone can use this machine.
 This machine is working on simple mechanism. In this machine use belt
drive, bevel gear, sponge, brush etc.3
 However this fear is not seen in the product which does not involves many
Sensors, Complex Electronic Circuits, and simple easy User Friendly devices.
 This machine size is very small so we can place the machine in small
place.
MATIRIAL AND PARTS

NAME OF PART MATERIAL

1. Conveyer -

2. Motor -

3. Pulley M.S

4. Brush ,sponges -

5. Pump M.S

6. Basket S.S

7.Box M.S
Problem Defined
 Its make a very much noise.
 Spotting/filming/poor cleaning results
 Dark spots on sterling or silver-plate items.
 Discoloration of aluminum
 Small particles (food or detergent) left on items
Types Of Dishwashing Machine

 Single Tank Stationary Rack Door Type

 Conveyor-Rack Dish Machine

 Stationary Rack Door Type Machine

 Multiple Rack Door Machine

 Multiple Tank Rack Conveyer Type Machine

 Slide Loading Machine

 Multiple Tank Reckless Conveyer Type Machine

Advantages
 Time consuming.

 Save the water and detergent.

 Less noise

 Chemical powder not use

Working Principle
 The first compartment which is middle one will function same as
that of first one. The only difference is that this compartment
will be filled with clean water for rinsing the detergent, and
instead of rotating brushes, rotating sponges will be fixed at
both the sides of the dishes. So that there won‘t be any
possibility of food stains or detergent remnants on the dishes.

 And to rotate all this brushes there will be single motor shaft
which will by mounted with 4 pulley for belt drive. 2 pulleys to
drive 2 rotating brushes in first compartment , 2 pulleys to
drive 2 rotary brushes in second compartment and at the end
of a bevel gear to drive the vertical rotary brush in third
compartment.
Dish Room Layout
 The simplest layout is the straight line where the dishes come into one
end of the room on a table. This leads into the dishwasher sitting in
the middle of the floor or along the wall where the dishes are
scraped, racked and premised. After washing they come out on a
table on the opposite side of the dishwasher where the dishes dry
are removed from the racks and sucked on dish carts that removes
the ware from the dish room by way of a nearby doors.
Applications
 Wash the glass ware items.

 Hospital, Hostel, Hotel and House's.

 Where the many peoples taking dinner and launch.
