 Introduction

 The main purpose of "Civil Contract " is maintaining the contract

details, supervisor and employee details, as well as work before
and after report details. The system helps in getting contract
details and license details, Expired contract details, and over all
material report. The System makes proper usage of employee's
time in getting reports, maintaining the principal employer and as
well as supervisor details, updating the employees, nature of
work, work place details and material details in this application.
 Objectives

 Themain objective of this Contract App project is to

have a completely automated project allotment
system which can even be managed by a contract
person (Admin). This project will serve the purpose of
maintaining all the contractor and contract details
along with working reports, employee reports. This
Contract project will definitely reduce the time and
effort.
 Modules
Super Admin:
 He can Login with the Username and Password
Respectively.
 He can add new project details, Employees, Supervisor,
Material Details.
 He can manage reports such as daily work, employee details,
and materials stock in, stock out and he can manage
Supervisors and Materials.
Admin:
 He can login with his Username and Password Respectively.
 He can Add and View Project details, employees, supervisor and materials Details.

Supervisor:
The Supervisor is the Third module.
He can add and Employees and Materials Reports, Payments
and Work schedules.

Employers:
The employers are the fourth module.
In this module all the process done by supervisor.
 Conclusion

 Civil contract Smart App is an issue of strategic importance to

both organizations and projects. Successful implementation
of contract management may help the organization ahead
its control over all functionalities of the contracts. It may
increase effectiveness in managing the contracts and
thereby reduce the costs and also provide strategic and
competitive advantages. It may also help in tracking the
changes in the contracts and the owner of the contract
changes.
