Introduction
The case “All the wrong Moves” depicts a scenario where the CEO of
Nutrorim a sports supplement company, Don Rifkin is facing some
problems in the decision making process of his firm. The firm just came out
of a crisis situation where they had to take a decision of recalling back their
newly launched product ChargeUp. The CEO has identified that there are
some flaws in the decision making process with the help of an external
consultant and wants to rectify the same. He has also appointed a quality
team to look in to the issues. Hey! Now

 Creation of a dedicated Risk Management Team: The CEO should
appoint a risk management team which will identify, categorize and
assess various threats on which calculated decisions can be taken.

by the firm.
ii. Proactive approach to the probable risks which would be faced
by the firm in the future.
iii. Preparing and training the employees of Nutrorim for future
crisis and risks.
