We have talked with multiple school districts and companies about

personalized learning. Our recommendation is to partner with Ed
Elements.
 Tiered Phase In
Year 1
● Volunteers-30-35 in district. Split training into k-4 and 5-12-potential training
model.
● Time on each staff development day devoted to training via Ed. Elements
Templates
● Clear learning targets in every subject at every level
Year 2
● Volunteers 40-50 in district
● Time on each staff development day devoted to training via Ed. Elements
Templates. 2 cohorts-with differentiated Training.
Year 3
● Everyone else!
 Administration Module/Training
Ed Elements is willing to give us early access to the online training models. They will
give us access beginning in March.

Ed Elements is one of Google’s First Transformation Partners

This will help us, as an admin team, as we work through getting ready for next year
with phase one.

This gives us a general frameworks to be on the same page with our philosophy, but
will allow building autonomy.
