 Employee has a floor round with their Line

Manager. Here, they meet and say hello to the
entire HUBCO team.
 Employee is appointed a “buddy who is an
existing employee at the company. the buddy is
responsible for helping the employee settle in,
have coffee everyday and make friends in the
workplace.
 A departmental lunch is also arranged as a
welcome to the employee where everyone
meets in a casual manner.
 An employee package is also given which
includes a notebook, a USB, a personalized letter
from the CEO and some stationary.
