Background of the Study

 The rationale was about One North East, an


organization/company that is responsible for business
and economic development in the North East of
England. Currently, the organization had just
completed their restructuring process striving for more
improvement. In fact, thy hired new staffs with new
responsibilities towards with their new directions of
achieving effective internal communications for
greater clarity and effectual flow of information.
However, the mode of communication is still unclear
and the strategy are not yet implemented. They are still
searching for the innovative ways of communication.
